Thank you for choosing AlgoGo. Please note that all purchases made on this website are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of our products and services. By making a purchase on algo-go.com, you acknowledge and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount paid for our products or services under any circumstances.
Digital Courses, Software Products, and Payment Plans
Our digital courses, as well as our Algo trading software (AlgoGo AI Trading Machine), are digital products and are therefore not subject to return. Once accessed, downloaded, or otherwise retrieved by the user, these products are considered “used” and thus are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
All payment plans (Monthly, Quarterly, and Lifetime) are non-refundable following the completion of any applicable free trial period. By proceeding with payment after the free trial, users acknowledge full acceptance of our non-refundable policy.
Acknowledgement of Non-Refundability
When you purchase a digital course, software product, or subscription from AlgoGo, you expressly acknowledge, agree, and understand that:
- All fees and charges are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be provided once payment has been processed.
