Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Juz Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and you (“Affiliate”, “you” or “your”). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the AlgoGo Affiliate Program (“Program”).
By registering or participating in the Program, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
1. Enrollment in the Program
To enroll, you must complete the Affiliate application and agree to a 1-on-1 onboarding call where the Company will assign you a unique promotion code and materials to begin promoting. Acceptance into the Program is at our sole discretion.
2. Promotion Guidelines
- You will receive a unique discount code to promote AlgoGo products and services.
- You may promote the Software and broker offers through content, email, ads, or social media, as long as you adhere to ethical practices.
- Misleading claims, spam, or unauthorized use of paid brand keywords is strictly prohibited.
- You may not impersonate the Company or falsely claim partnership authority.
3. Commission Structure
- You will earn a 50% commission on each qualifying sale made using your unique promo code.
- Commissions are calculated based on the net amount received, after deducting any applied discounts, promotional offers, or coupons.
- All commissions will be finalized and paid 30 days after each successful sale, to allow time for verification and refund checks.
- The Company reserves the right to withhold or adjust commissions in cases of fraud, chargebacks, cancellations, or misuse of promotional codes.
4. Payout Terms
- Payouts are made weekly to your preferred payment method (e.g., PayPal, crypto, bank transfer).
- Minimum payout threshold: USD $100
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete payment details. The Company is not responsible for failed or misdirected payments.
5. License & Brand Use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our promotional assets (banners, copy, logos) solely for the purpose of participating in this Program. Any alteration or misuse of our brand is prohibited.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination:
- You must stop all promotion of AlgoGo products
- All unpaid commissions that meet the minimum threshold will be paid out
- Your promo code and dashboard access will be deactivated
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue or commissions) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program.
8. Independent Contractor
You are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or legal representative of the Company. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted to create a joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
